30 Day Clean Eating Meal Prep Plan

Take all the work of planning healthy meals out of the equation and just enjoy the simplicity of good food.

Each week comes with recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks for every day, a grocery shopping list, a meal prep plan to start your week off prepared and ready!

The recipes use oven, stove top and slow cookers. You will also need an immersion blender, food processor and spiralizer. They will come into use after the first week so if you need to procure something you have plenty of time.

The purpose of this meal plan is to be simple but also give you lots of options and ideas for how you can add variety. If you need to simplify it because it feels like more cooking than you want then you can double up on recipes and eat the same dinner twice in a week. Following the Meal Prep Day Plan will also really make things easier throughout the rest of the week.

Monday through Friday is alternating of two breakfasts, with Saturday and Sunday breakfasts requiring a little more time and effort. Lunches are almost always leftovers from the previous night’s dinner but there are a couple chicken salad recipes to pop in for lunches or snacks too. There is quite a bit of variety in your snacks so that you can get ideas for future snacks. Feel free to simplify your snacks by picking one or two combinations and alternating them throughout the week. This will cut down on the grocery shopping list.

Dinners are not repeated but there are several that have more than enough servings for multiple meals. If you have company coming over just adjust your meal plan schedule and use a recipe that has more servings. Or you can freeze any leftover servings to pull-out when the meal plan is finished or if life gets crazy and you don’t have time to cook.

Each week comes with the meal plan, notes to help organize your cooking and prep throughout the week, a meal prep day plan, shopping list and recipes. Be sure to familiarize yourself with each weekly plan and recipes before you buy groceries so that you can tweak things according to your preferences and schedule.

Enjoy eating well, friends!
